If you struggle to convince the client about the necessity of a feature and he refuses to belive you, he’ll change his mind in the final stage of the design.
If a client already has a logo, she will always want to make it bigger. (sic)
If a client outsources a design even though she has a design department, it will take numerous tries until she accepts your effort, if at all.
If one of the client’s decision-maker likes your design, surely the other 20 will not.

If precisely three colors are to be used, they are going to be specified as, neon green, hot pink and florida orange.

Allow me to correct your “two designs law”, Radu:
If two drafts are shown, the client will most certainly want the final version to be a mix of the two drafts
Some of mine, now:
1. If the client is married, DO expect his wife/her husband/their son or daughter to bring modifications to the drafts being shown!
2. Always fear clients who have even the tiniest knowledge of vector/raster software! Does “I could have done it better myself, but I am too busy” sound familiar?!?!
if asked, 5 out of 10 clients will choose comic sans as preference.
every nice idea you might come up with, has been done before.
If you make a very good looking design for a client they will most certainly tell you to do more modifications to it until it gets ugly as hell. But what do you know, you’re just a designer.
If you make a bug free website for a client in one week the site will break because the client only knows a single method of adding text to the site and that is pasting it from MS Word.
